Wycombe Swan is delighted to be hosting these open, friendly, social gatherings for those affected by age-related illnesses such as Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

Run in collaboration with Chiltern Music Therapy, these café mornings are fully inclusive for older adults and their families. There will be opportunities to participate in a range of fun and accessible music-based activities that engage and enable. No previous musical experience required!

 

You are welcome to join in, or simply enjoy some refreshments in this relaxed and supportive social setting.
