Walking Netball is really taking off, encouraging women who thought their netball days were over to put their trainers back on and have a go.
Being a gentle introduction to netball with NO RUNNING or JUMPING it has been designed that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. From those who have dropped out the sport they loved due to injury, to those who thought they’d never play again. Women the length of the country have begun playing the game of walking netball for the fun, laughter and camaraderie the social session brings, as much as the health benefits on offer.
Come along and have a go!
Sessions take place at Wingrave Sports Park, Church Street, Wingrave, HP22 4PE
