April - Helping you with technology
April started at the end of 2019 to help people get the most out of the everyday technology that they own.
When Coronavirus hit and the impact of the lockdown became clear, they realised that their small team, although amazing, wouldn’t be able to help as many people as we would like.
So they decided to create a not-for-profit, community interest company and put the call out for volunteers to join so they could really make a difference. The response has been amazing and they’ve had hundreds of volunteers sign up so far allowing them to provide a free service, initially from 4-8pm Monday to Friday.
So you can get free tech support on the phone to help you with a mobile device, TV, satellite box, tablet, computer etc.
Just call 020 3318 4118 between 4-8pm Monday to Friday to speak to one of their volunteers.
