Caring can be physical, emotional, or both, and it looks different depending on who you’re caring for. We support unpaid carers across Buckinghamshire, whatever that means for you, whether you’re caring for a partner, a parent, a child, or a friend. Our support brings together digital and in-person help, from our online community and app that’s there whenever you need it, to local support groups and a friendly face on the ground in Buckinghamshire. This includes young carers, young adult carers, and any adult carer taking on caring responsibilities.

What we offer

  • Up-to-date information and advice on the issues carers face
  • Help understanding your rights and entitlements as a carer
  • Guidance on health and social care issues
  • Carer information and support groups
  • A chance to meet other carers
  • A listening ear and someone to talk to in confidence
  • Our regular carers’ newsletter
  • Access to a community of carers across the whole country and specifically in Buckinghamshire through our Mobilise Online Hub.

Every carer who contacts us can speak openly with an experienced member of our Carer Support Team over the phone, via email, or at our groups and drop-ins. Please leave a message using the phone number below or email us, and a member of the Carer Support Team will contact you within 2 days. Call us: 0300 131 21 21
