SOLLA – Society of Later Life Advisers – is a not for profit organisation that provides Accredited financial Advisers, who understand financial needs in later life.
All members of the Society are listed on the SOLLA website which can be found here
https://societyoflaterlifeadvisers.co.uk
All members have been accredited to a level that goes beyond what is usually required of a regulated financial adviser. You can find out more about the Later Life Adviser Accreditation and what is involved on the website. All the advisers listed have successfully achieved the Later Life Adviser accreditation. You may wish to speak with more than one adviser to find one you prefer or who specialises in a particular area of advice such as equity release. It’s important to find out a bit more about the adviser, their firm and how they charge for the advice.
There is a representative in Buckinghamshire, Peter Ginger, and you can read more about Peter here https://societyoflaterlifeadvisers.co.uk/Find-an-Adviser/Detail/30/Peter-Ginger
