The Community Transport Hub is a signposting service, providing advice and information for residents of Bucks who might not have access to public or private transport, for whatever reason. If residents need help with transport to medical appointments, social activities, or anything else, they can contact the team on 0800 085 8480 or by emailing transport@communityimpactbucks.org.uk and they can let you know if there are community transport options available.
The lines are open Mon-Fri 9am-12.30pm. Voicemails and emails outside this time will be picked up the next working day.
The team do not make or take bookings, but they can provide contact details and information for transport schemes.
