Notice of AGM and Accounts for 2023 - 2024
Our first AGM as a registered Charity will be held on the 17th May 2024 at Christ the Servant King Church, Cressex. HP12 4TJ @ 10.00 am. The AGM will form part of our public meeting and will last approx. 15-20 minutes. The Agenda is as follows:
- Apologies for absence
- Minutes of previous AGM
- Chairman's Report
- Financial Report (please see accounts for 2024 here)
- Election of Trustees (resolutions to re-elect Alan Barnard and David Whittaker)
- Any other business

- Propose a Trustee
- Appoint a Proxy
- Present a Resolution at the meeting
