This project aims to encourage retirement age individuals to be active through specifically designed classes, delivered by a team of friendly and knowledgeable instructors in a safe, COVID-19 secure environment. The classes currently consist of seated exercise, gentle exercise and mobility, movement to music and seated dance, and take place at Your Cafe in the Park, Aston Clinton, as well as Prebendal Farm Community Centre and Southcourt Community Centre, Aylesbury. They run weekly, Monday-Friday and are predominantly on in the morning to early afternoon, typically lasting 50 minutes and costing £4-£5 per person.
