What’s On
Connections in the Community will bring together local charities, not-for-profit organisations and community groups that provide services or support to older people in the local areas of Amersham, Chesham and The Chalfonts. The event aims to raise awareness of the valuable support available, help older residents access useful information and create stronger connections between local organisations and the community.
